To include your pet's photo, make sure it is in GIF or JPG format (that is, the file name ends in .gif, .jpeg, or .jpg), and doesn't exceed 4MB in size. You can determine your file size by right-clicking on the file in Windows Explorer, and selecting 'Properties' from the popup menu. The window that appears will tell you the size of the file in bytes.
